I HIGHLY recommend Rondeaus True Value Shopping Center. The staff is always courteous and friendly. I’ve never experienced a long wait time, and they take most insurances. The pharmacist, Dr. Okafur, is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuine. He was readily available to answer all my questions directly. There are technicians on staff to serve Spanish-speaking customers as well. This pharmacy has always delivered great service on every visit.
The pharmacy is the absolute worst! They never answer the phones, why even sign up to get a text when the medicine is ready, they never have the medicine you need, and then they don’t bother to call to let you know, never ever do drive-through window you will wait at least 20 minutes even if there are 2 cars ahead of you and the employees and pharmacist are rude. Unfortunately, this is the only place our insurance allows us to use
I love the people at ViaQX Pharmacy! This place is always very busy. But they (the pharmacist and every Pharmacy Tech) seem relaxed, not rushed. With medications being delivered and a long line of people waiting, and phones ringing. I’ve noticed how they purposely take the time to really listen to the customer. In my nearly two years of using this pharmacy, I have always been a satisfied customer. Thank you, Viaqx Pharmacy.
I went in for rapid covid testing and the owner and pharmacist, Jay, was extremely kind and patient with me during the process. He talked to me politely and professionally while the results came in, making it easy to feel at home and not be anxious. The checkered floor gives it the feel of a 1950’s drug store which is quaint and cute. If you’re about supporting local businesses and families instead of corporate chains, Viaqx Pharmacy is a great choice.
The customer service is extremely poor; there are only a handful of employees who has excellent customer service skills. The majority of the employees really need to take a customer service class that also applies to the managers. Most are not knowledgeable about the products. There are never enough employees lines are extremely long. It’s just sad that customers who spend their hard-earned money here have to be treated in such a way. I hate going to this Walgreens Pharmacy.
Dr. Ryan and his staff are AWESOME!! He always answers questions and is on top of his game. Dr. Ryan has a great staff and is SO quick to answer questions/concerns. He will quickly know you on a first-name basis. Not to mention Dr. Buddy, who is always very fast and will contact your provider to make sure your meds are taken care of!! Excellent group of pharmacists. If I could give them a better rating, I would say in a heartbeat. Thanks, guys.
Northern Lakes Co-op Pharmacy is a nice store. If you’re looking for a discount card, this is the place to find it. I’ll go to the mall, Stop & Shop, other drug stores and can’t seem to find the right card. I always find it here. If you have a Plenti card, you’ll save more. There are always good deals here. I’ll take this place over CVS any day.
Never use this pharmacy. I was humiliated by the Pharmacy Manager while attempting to get an RX filled. I was told the last time I got the same script filled that I needed my treatment plan for the doctor. I tried multiple times to get the pharmacy to call my doctor’s office to get this plan over the course of 2 weeks, as my doctor would not give it to me without a charge. All they needed to do was call my doctor, and they would receive all the information they needed. After dropping off my script, I was called over by Vance T. and was scolded like a child for, according to him, not doing what I was told the last time. I explained I had been trying to get this information to him, and all they needed to do was simply call my doctor and request it. He refused to do so, saying it was my responsibility. Very loudly in front of all the customers in the pharmacy area, he said I was getting this medication too often, and I needed to do what I was told. I was completely humiliated. This is unacceptable from a medical professional. He violated my privacy by speaking loudly about my personal information where all the customers could hear. There was nothing to suggest I was doing anything wrong, yet I was treated like some kind of criminal. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again and fully intend to file a complaint against this specific pharmacist for violating my HIPAA rights.
